Gift with purchase with immediate prize.

Duration and Territorial Scope

The gift with purchase will take place from 26/08/2026 to 04/10/2026 at the participating OREFICI11 Store, located at:

Via Orefici, 11, 20123 Milano (MI)

(hereinafter referred to as the “Participating Store”).

Recipients

This Gift with Purchase is open exclusively to Italian legal residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are customers of the Participating Store (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).

Mechanics

During the promotional period and within store opening hours, all eligible Participants who make a single-receipt purchase of at least €80.00 at the Participating Store will have the opportunity to play a game to determine which of the initiative's prizes they will receive.

The prize will be awarded at the time of purchase, at no additional cost. Multiples are excluded.

To receive the instant prize, the Participant must request it at the time of purchase.

Examples

• If a Participant makes a purchase of €80.00 at the Participating Store on 16/09/2026, they will receive one (1) prize.

• If a Participant makes a purchase of €200.00 at the Participating Store on 24/09/2026, they will receive one (1) prize.

• If a Participant makes a purchase of €79.90 at the Participating Store on 01/10/2026, they will not be eligible to participate in the initiative, as they will not have reached the required minimum spending threshold.

All prizes have the same commercial value of €4.00 excluding VAT (IVA) per item.

Conditions of Participation

Participation in the prize promotion implies the Participant's unconditional and full acceptance of all rules and clauses contained in these Official Rules, without limitation.

Participation in the prize promotion is open and entirely free of charge, subject to the provisions set out in the preceding section titled “Mechanics.”

The Promoter reserves the right to organize, including during the same period as this prize promotion, additional prize promotions or offers that may not be combinable with this initiative.

Participants may not contest the assigned prize, request its equivalent cash value, or request alternative prizes.

It is specified that, in the event of an in-store purchase, Participants may not claim prizes designated for online purchases, and vice versa.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes, should they no longer be available on the market, with similar prizes of equal or greater value. Prior notice of any such substitution will be provided.

All images featured in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and serve solely to showcase the products included in the prize promotion.

Employees and collaborators of the Promotion Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, as well as those of the Delegated Company, are excluded from the Gift with Purchase.

Corporate customers who have made purchases using a VAT (IVA) number are not eligible to participate in the initiative.

For any matters not covered by these Official Rules, the Promotion Company refers to the provisions of Presidential Decree (D.P.R.) No. 430/2001, as subsequently amended.

The operation is governed by these Official Rules. The original copy, self-certified pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 3 of Presidential Decree (D.P.R.) No. 430 of October 26, 2001, will be kept for the entire duration of the event and for the 12 months following its conclusion at the administrative headquarters of the Delegated Party:

Revocation of the Undertaking or Changes to the Terms of Implementation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, in whole or in part and at any time, the Official Rules governing participation in this prize promotion, provided that appropriate notice is given, that no amendments are detrimental to Participants, and that any rights already acquired by Eligible Participants are duly safeguarded.

Security Bond

As a guarantee for the prizes, the Promoting Company has not been required to provide a bank bond, as the prizes are delivered simultaneously with the purchase, in accordance with Article 7 of Presidential Decree No. 430/2001.

Non-Deductibility of VAT (IVA)

Pursuant to Article 19 of Law No. 449 of 27 December 1997, VAT (IVA) shall be non-deductible in respect of the purchase of prizes consisting of goods subject to VAT (IVA), or the relevant substitute tax shall be paid where prizes are invoiced without the application of VAT (IVA).

Privacy

The processing of Participants' personal data, necessary to enable participation in the promotion, will be carried out by the Promoting Company acting as the Data Controller.

Furthermore, subject to the Participant's consent, personal data may be processed for marketing and profiling purposes by the VF Group company VF INTERNATIONAL S.A.G.L., with registered office at:

acting as the Data Controller.

Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is optional and does not affect participation in the promotion.

Personal data will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016 — General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and will be retained for the time necessary to achieve the specific processing purposes described herein, unless longer or shorter retention periods are required by applicable law.
