RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with your product(s), you can, within 30 days of the date of purchase, return the item(s) to us in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with authentic TAG and proof of purchase.

We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) in the form of:

  • exchange

  • gift certificate/card

  • original payment method

A full refund in the form of original payment can be provided exclusively upon presentation of the proof of purchase and only on the same payment method used for the purchase.

Statutory Guarantee

In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year guarantee (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) for product faults.

A product is considered "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) from the purchase.

Please note that products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

In-Store Returns

Items bought in official own and operated stores can only be returned to the same type of store (retail or outlet) in the same country of purchase. This also applies to items ordered in own and operated stores and delivered either in-store or at home.
