RETURN POLICY O11 – ZURICH AIRPORT
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product(s), you may return them within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with the authentic TAG attached, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
This return policy applies to purchases made in our Zurich Airport store, which serves both Swiss and international travellers.
Please note that returns can only be processed within Switzerland. Regardless of your nationality or country of residence, we can accept a return only if the pickup location is an address located in Switzerland.
To request a return:
Contact our Customer Service and provide a copy of your purchase receipt.
You will receive a return shipping label to print and attach to your package, along with instructions to indicate your preferred Swiss pickup address. Only pickup locations situated within Switzerland are eligible.
We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) in one of the following forms:
gift certificate/card
refund to the original payment method
A refund to the original payment method can only be provided upon presentation of the proof of purchase and must be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Statutory Guarantee
In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year guarantee for product faults.
A product is considered faulty if it is received damaged or if a manufacturing or material fault occurs within two years (or the longer period set forth by your local law) from the date of purchase.
Please note that products damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
